We offer the most comprehensive home inspection services available.

We start at the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof.

Our next step is to inspect the exterior of the home. We use a top to bottom approach to look at both the big picture and all the details.

We then move inside the house, inspecting from the basement to the attic, and everything in between.  We will get into the tight, hard to access areas where issues are likely to hide, leading to costly repairs.  While inside, we address such things as the structure, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, and additional features such as fireplaces.

We use Thermal Imaging included with your inspection, many inspectors charge extra, or do not use this advanced tool at all.  Thermal Imaging is not X-ray vision, but it does allow and reveal issues that are not visable to the naked eye (see image below).  This is one of the many extras that makes Done Right Inspection Services LLC a great value.

Our evaluation is then communicated through a detailed inspection report, which includes descriptions of all the systems in the home, as well as any recommended improvements. This will help you prioritize the improvements and develop a blueprint for your future in the home.

We also offer additional testing services, for an additional fee.  Which include: Radon testing, Water Quality testing, WDO (wood destroying organism), and Mold testing.  All water & mold testing is done through a qualified lab with written results.  We also do Move In Ready inspections, Green Home Certified inspections, as well as Home Energy Audits.
